* Comfortable living area with couch, dining table and chairs to relax and host
* Furnished balcony for you to enjoy the nature
* Kitchen with high-spec appliances including dishwasher, stove, oven, exhaust fan and fridge
* Two bathrooms including shower, bathtub and storage space
* Furnished balcony for you to enjoy the nature
Main Terms
* Minimum contract term is 12 months with a 3-month notice. Alternatively, you can have a 6 month minimum contract for a 100€ monthly increase.
* Deposit is equal to 2 months' rent or a deposit insurance with our partner Rentcard
* There is a reservation fee, but don’t worry, it will be deducted from your first month’s rent

The rent price includes utilities, electricity, WiFi and regular community events (Fitness, Breakfast, Art Workshops etc. etc.) to have new experiences and meet new people.
Your rent also includes access to many community spaces such as a long bar, modern lounge, a terrace, dining room, coworking area, workshop room, meeting room and a laundry room.
