Main Terms
* Minimum contract term is 12 months with a 3-month notice. Alternatively, you can have a 6 month minimum contract for a 100€ monthly increase.
* Deposit is equal to 2 months' rent or a deposit insurance with our partner Rentcard
All-inclusive rent
The rent price includes utilities, electricity, WiFi and regular community events (Fitness, Breakfast, Art Workshops etc. etc.) to have new experiences and meet new people.
Your rent also includes access to many community spaces such as a terrace with a view of the cathedral, a modern lounge, a terrace, and a dining room.
